Well, woke up early (laziness still there). Went for a walk. Increased to 35 minutes. Still slow. Met a colleague of mine. A trim one. Had to keep pace with his walking. He said that one has to walk for a minimum of 40 minutes for a few calories to be burnt. Well, any way I walked for 35 minutes successfully (whew).
He taught me some abdomen exercises to reduce my tummy. God, I never knew I was so fat. I looked like a comedian. And the pain in my legs after two days of walking.. god, I never knew there were so many muscles.
Another thing is I am going to take up yoga. Looked for information on what sort of yoga to do. Yoga for weight reduction. There are many choices. Find a good yoga guru who can train you for specific period of time. One can also go to "Art of living" or "Isha yoga" or any other power yoga programs which are also supposed to be very effective. I'll have to gather information about them.
Any way I will do it tomorrow. I will have to start thinking about some weight reduction diet. I have started with having oats for breakfast (Yuck!). Ah! its paining. Catch you all tomorrow.
