Diet seems to be the buzz word if you want to reduce your weight. Diet, fat, oil etc., seem to be the key for weight reduction. Reduce food intake. Eat more of fruits, vegetables. Avoid oil. Being a foodie my head is buzzing. How can I sacrifice all the goodies I have been having. Sugar is a no no it seems (god). I think I will become a grass eating cow or sheep. Any way another day started with oats and orange juice. It said that we can have bit and pieces of good food in between lunch and breakfast (no chocolates and fizz drinks).
Any way feeling slightly at ease with walking. Tried to do some abdomen exercises. Looked at the mirror to look for any changes in my body.(nothing visible) except pain of abdomen muscles.
Any way I will have to get in to some routine exercise, yoga and diet with 40 minutes of walk. Catch you all tomorrow.
