walk for health

Back after a long gap.Still I am bent upon loosing weight.Walking seem to be the one thing which i seem to do well.Its really refreshing.It was tough for a few days.Walking it seems is good for
cardiovascular system.And meeting friends during morning walks is fun.

Iam waking up daily early in the morning around 5.30 am.Only problem is that u tend to have some sleepy feeling during the day time and you feel like sleeping after you caome back from walk.HMM the problems a new walker hast face is enormous.My hnt for a good yoga centre is still going on.I think I have lost a kilo.Any way its encouraging.catch you all atomorrow
