One thing I learned about loosing weight is loosing calories or burning calories. Not only loose calories but also reduce the intake of calories. One way of reducing calorie intake is using artificial sweeteners in tea and coffee as we have them at regular intervals. Saccharin, Aspartame, Sucralose are some of the forms of artificial sweeteners or sugar substitutes. I have decided to go in for one of them.
So today I walked for 50 minutes. A great improvement. Reduced the intake of lunch. Hey I do feel hungry early. My stomach rumbles without my regular intake of snacks. So I am going to reduce calorie intake by using some form of sweetener. Catch you tomorrow.
